My name is Derek W. Emmons. Since 1996, I have been defending clients against a range of felony and misdemeanor charges. An experienced litigator, I am licensed to practice in the Texas State Courts, as well as the Western District of Texas Federal Court System. I am a former Bexar County Assistant District Attorney.
